As part of the Ministry of Culture’s vision to preserve national identity and promote a sustainable cultural future, Raqmeyat partnered with the Ministry to deliver integrated digital solutions. The scope included professional website management with continuous technical support, efficient implementation of the ERP system (Odoo), and secure local cloud hosting.
This partnership was established through a two-year Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering the Ministry and its affiliated cultural entities. The agreement contributed to ensuring operational stability and expanding the scope of digital transformation across the cultural sector.
Raqmeyat provided setup and customization services for WordPress websites, including visual identity integration, membership systems, and online payment options.
We ensured continuous technical support under an SLA, along with regular updates, ongoing performance monitoring, and comprehensive quality assurance.
A secure and flexible cloud infrastructure hosted and managed through Huawei’s data center in Saudi Arabia, ensuring high performance and full compliance with national data governance policies.
Sales & CRM: Management of leads, quotations, and sales pipeline tracking.
